Every member will be towed from the place of average to the next repair and assembling shop or to the next crane – FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery of spare parts

Every member will be brought his spare part to the place of average – FREE OF CHARGE. (Impeller, V-belt, thermostat, water pressure pump...)

The hotline endeavours to organize the needed spare part as soon as possible.

The captain in charge will get the spare part and deliver it with a surcharge of 20%.

Emergency starting

Every member will receive emergency starting help with electrical cables or jump start box at the place of average – FREE OF CHARGE.

Fuel service

Every member will be brought up to 50 litres of fuel (diesel or gas) to the place of average – FREE OF CHARGE.

The fuel is to be paid!

Disengaging of lines from the propeller

Every member will get his propeller freed from lines at the place of average – FREE OF CHARGE.

Towing in case of a light touching of the ground

Every member will be towed from the place of average – FREE OF CHARGE.

The grading of the touching of the ground is as follows: If the boat does not stand out of the water higher than 10 cm than usual and if it is able to drive after the free towing, the touching of the ground is being graded as a light touching of the ground.

Transport of injured persons 24/7

Every crew member will be picked up and brought to the next port – FREE OF CHARGE.

Our captains will in the meantime organize the rescue or a doctor.

Weather and area guidance

Our captains at the hotline have constant access to the current weather information on the Internet and will forward them to our members – FREE OF CHARGE.

Our captains are also well informed about the Croatian coast and will also forward the information on the coast – FREE OF CHARGE.
